Are you lacking this?

It seems to me that fitness professionals don’t have any shortage of marketing products to choose from, but what they are lacking is an actual plan to implement these new client attraction marketing pieces.

I would even go so far as to say that many online fitness marketers are doing trainers in this industry a great disservice when they launch product, after product, after product, after product… (you get the point)

Of course, you need a solid marketing strategy to attract new clients, but what good is a killer marketing piece without an actual plan of when, where, why, and how to get it out to your intended prospects?

In this video here today, I shot for you the “3-Step New Client Attraction Plan” we use to organize our marketing strategies into something you can implement without having a Harvard MBA…

(This is also the same plan that took my studio to over 1,000 sessions a month on just a 500 ft fitness floor – it really works!)

Enjoy the video below and I hope it helps you create the fitness business you’ve always wanted!

    Stephen,

I was wondering if you had any suggestions for books or informational products for training seniors. I live in Florida and there are tons of seniors down here that are trying to be more active and extend their lives. I’m looking at adding this to my current program offerings and would like to create a system around it so that I could eventually hire additional trainers for these clients.

    Thanks,
    Brandon

    • Hi Brandon,

Sorry for the late reply – this comment got caught in the spam filter for some reason?

I have personally worked with the top “Seniors” training coach and researcher in the nation and can highly recommend his work – his name is Dr. Wayne Westcott.

He has written numerous books for Human Kinetics publishing and you can find his work on Amazon as well.

Lastly, I have to add my own experience as well working with Seniors and that is that they can compelte (and should) the same functional based exercises as everyone else. This doesn’t mean barbell cleans and jerks, but it certainly doesn’t mean they should sit down on machines either. I have also found that 2 sets (instead of 3) is appropriate in many cases since the body’s adaptive capacity for stress is lowered as we age.

      Hope this helps!

    Great Video Stephen,

I don’t think any questions need to be asked. This really helps to summarise all the stuff that is in the Smart Studio Systems and makes it a lot clearer as there is a lot of info in here.

    Thanks for the video.

    John.

    • Thanks John and I’m glad it helps!

  • Video correction: There are 7 trainers on our studio team averaging 141+ sessions each per month.

We are however hiring and training one new CPT that will be working with our new in-home and corporate training leads…

  • Although you’ll have to watch the video for details, the 3-Step New Client Attraction Plan involves how I plan out my 12 calendar months.

    I refer to the 3 sections or parts as the “12 – 4 – 1 marketing plan.”

I hope you enjoyed the video and picked up a least one useful tip!
