Hi S3 Members!

I’m excited to announce a VERY PRIVATE meeting I’m holding in October at my studio in Boston.

No one else knows about this.

It’s NOT some over-hyped “seminar” that hopes to get you in and then upsell you on something else…

That’s not my style, and besides I’m not an internet marketer – I’m a fitness professional and fitness business owner.

The reason for my email is that I want to PERSONALLY work with a handful of Smart Studio Systems Members for the day.

Keep in mind this isn’t a “seminar,” what you’ll be experiencing is only available at my studio. The reason I can say that is that unlike huge seminars, you’ll have the unique opportunity to work with me privately at my studio.

The 1st half off the day is going to be in a “classroom” like setting where you’ll be learning my newest methods and systems for building your business (more on this in a second).

The 2nd half of the day will be completely hands on!

I’ve never done this before, but I’ve had a huge demand from S3 Members to actually demonstrate how I’m able to have 4 fitness professionals each training a client on a 500 sq/ft fitness floor…

Seems impossible, right?

It’s not, and I’m going to show you exactly how I get everyone to work together and how I literally “position” everyone for maximum usage (this is a huge key to success without taking on a lot of overhead).

Our clients love the studio environment we’ve created and it’s one of the reasons we’re “The Most Profitable Studio in the World.”

You may have heard of others proclaiming they’re the most “this or that,” but unless they’re doing close to 1,000 sessions a month on a 500 sq/ft fitness floor I’m not ready to give up that title yet ; )

Also, after I teach you how to drive clients into your studio, and then how to train them, I’m going to teach you how to RETAIN them through our proven systems.

Remember how I made that video for you showing you how just 17 clients = $100,000+ a year?

12:00pm – Lunch and Private Q&A

1:00pm – Tour of My Studio Neighborhood

This is actually a really fun part of the day where I show you how many competitors I have just within blocks of my studio and how we market to become #1 in our area. You’ll see where I place doorhangers, put out rack cards, and many more guerilla marketing tips!

1:30pm – Studio Tour

On this tour of “The Most Profitable Studio in the World” you’ll see the new equipment I got in this year as well as how I lay everything out for maximum effectiveness. You’ll be able to take private photos for your exclusive use as well. I’ll also show you exactly how I set up both offices and changing areas in order to fit 6 fitness professionals and 4 clients in such a small space and not have it feel tight!

2:30pm – Smart Studio Systems in Action

Watch as I show you how my CPTs run everything while I’m away for weeks at a time! This is priceless information if you ever want to be able to go on vacation or take a break and still have your clients training, your studio running smoothly, and you making money!

3:30pm – Easy Client Billing & Resigns

This is such a requested topic that I want to show you how we bill out over 120 client invoices a month. You’re not going to believe it, but it takes less than 30 minutes once a week! Plus, I want to teach you the easiest way to get clients to renew without every having to talk about money ever again…

4:30pm – How I Train Clients

This is going to be a blast since I’m going to ask for a few volunteers who will play the roles of the client and the trainer. Then I’m going to literally show you how we train 4 people at the same time in just 500 sq/ft. You should be taking lots of notes during this hands-on presentation because NO ONE else is doing this in the fitness industry. I don’t say that to brag, but rather to get the point across that you’re not going to learn these things from anyone speaking on stage to you…

Instead, I’m going to give you MY client program templates, studio layouts, and show you how YOU can maximize what you have for massive business growth.

5:30pm – Coaching Day Summaries & Q&A

I want to make sure I answered every question you came with and a few you didn’t even know you had before starting the day. You’ll be able to go through your notes and make sure you leave with a concrete game plan of how you’ll immediately start implementing the systems and strategies you learned.

6:30pm – Private VIP Dinner

This is a private dinner held at one of my favorite Boston restaurants in your honor. You took the time to spend a day of your life learning the most cutting-edge Smart Studio Systems as an investment in your future and this is my way of showing you how much I appreciate that. This private VIP dinner is on me and it will give us even more time to talk shop, strategize about your business and the industry, as well as have some fun after a full day of “getting down to business.”

8:30-9:00pm – Email and Contact Information Exchange

Keep in touch with other fitness business owners to continue to share ideas and grow. These powerful private meetings don’t come up often (1x a year at most) and the S3 Members who attend them are some of the nicest and soon to be most successful fitness business owners in the industry. You’ll definitely want them in your rolodex (or iPhone).
