My Favorite Goal Setting Program

I started using this goal setting program about 2 years ago and it really keeps me focused on what I needed to accomplish in a relatively short period of time. I use this exact program 3x a year to reach my goals faster than I thought possible! Plus, it’s clear, concise, and easy to use…

It’s a specific goal setting program by a fellow fitness professional Dax Moy from the UK.

He was inspired to create this goal achievement program after reading about an historic figure who was trying to accomplish a certain number of goals within his lifetime… it’s a pretty remarkable story.

Although, I break up my goals differently then Dax outlines I do stick with the 100 goals within 100 days format. The only difference is that I break my list into 3 categories:

1. Wealth

2. Health

3. Lifestyle

It gives me laser focus and I know it’s without a doubt one of the reasons I get so much done each day! Plus, I like Dax’s motivational quotes (I’m a big fan of quotes!) and the audios that come with the program…

I’ll be starting my new BIG List of 100 goals this January!

If you end up using the same program be sure to let me know how it’s working for you!

I would love to have the new link

    • Sadly, it looks like Dax Moy has discontinued his Magic 100 program…

However, I will update this post soon to detail exactly how the program works and how I’ve used it many times to accomplish more in 100 days that I used to in 1 year!

(PS. If you want to get started NOW, this is the premise… Choose 100 things you’d like to accomplish in your life (I break them into categories) and write them down. Now try to see how many you can knock off in the next 100 days!)

Hey! Just wondering if you have a new link to Dax’s Goal Setting Program, the one above doesn’t seem to work!

    • Hi Michelle,

I wasn’t aware he changed it. Let me contact Dax and see what the link is!
